Dr. Irida Llambiri

Optometrist

Irida Llambiri, is a licensed optometrist. She is a graduate of the College of Staten Island where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She earned her second Bachelor of Science in Visual Sciences from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Llambiri received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at The Boston Veterans Affairs Medical Center through the New England College of Optometry.

During her residency training in a hospital-based setting, she had the opportunity to treat many comprehensive cases as well as numerous retina and glaucoma cases. Earlier in her career, Dr. Llambiri traveled to Guatemala with a group of eye doctors to provide free eye examinations and eyewear to approximately one thousand residents.

Dr. Llambiri has spent over five years in Laser vision correction care providing pre and post-operative care. Additionally, Dr. Llambiri has spent several years working in a hospital with concentration in ocular pathology She is fluent in Albanian and medical Spanish.
